Cancellation Policy
To protect myself and other clients, I require notice the day before your appointment if you are unable to make it. Extenuating circumstances and emergencies are reviewed by me and we will decide where to go from there. Day of cancellations will forfeit 20% of their service cost UNLESS they are able to rebook within 5 days of original appointment. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
